Can anyone made a recommendation for a plumber for Cooper Landing. Our heat system needs servicing required by a plumber and our contact in Seward for years has a disconnected number now – seems to be out of service. Message Lori & Ed – Thanks.

Sunrise Happenings
Our hours are changing. We will now be opening at 9 am and will be open until 8:30 every night except Sunday when we will close at 7:30.
This coming Sunday, November 5th we are closing at 5 pm for a staff party. Sorry for any inconvenience.
On Thanksgiving Day, Nov 23 Sunrise will host a free community dinner from 1 pm until 5 pm. Everything will be homemade and all of your favorites will be included. Please let us know in advance if you are able to join us. This really helps us out with the amount of food we prepare. If you decide last minute to join us please come anyway. If you are home bound and unable to join us let us know. We will find someone who can deliver a nice dinner to you. Thank you in advance to the Kenai Food Bank and the Seniors for the turkey donation.
Friday the 24th is the 1st day of the weekend dart tournament. The darters transform the bar into dart heaven, and it looks a bit like a private party, but it is not. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. If we have interest in town for a weekly dart night let us know and we will start that up.
I was recently asked if anyone in town plays Mahjong and if so, would they be willing to teach it. Please let me know if you have this talent to share.
Also, any interest in a Bridge Club or Cribbage?
As always, we are hoping to stay open all winter so if you have any parties, retreats or gatherings of any kind please let us know if we can be of assistance.
