Summer 2025 Vacation Rental Housekeeping Services Available!
Greetings CL Airbnb and vacation rental homeowners!
CLVR – Cooper Landing Vacation Rentals will be bringing back our housekeeping services. I am incredibly excited and grateful that I have 2 previous returning staff along with 2 current staff who’ve work for me here in AZ. All 4 are fantastic humans, experienced, attention to detail, reliable and hard working. I just wanna scream with excitement as we all know how hard it is to find good staff the last several years! CLVR has been reliable and successfully around for approx 16 years. First owned by the fabulous Jessica Larson and later by me, Stefanie. I take huge pride in all we do, work hard, get things done, done right, attention to detail while shooting for a 5 star review each and every stay! I strive to exceed all guest expectations and often go out of my way to do so.
This summer, we are willing to take on a few Airbnbs/vacation homes or a lodge with possible multiple cabins. We will not be offering dry cabin, residential or one time cleans for various reasons.
Along with housekeeping, we will again be offering trash pick up, some lawn care, grocery pick ups and still offer activity bookings for your guests.
shoot me a text/email/phone call and we can discuss your needs and see if we may be a good fit.
Contact CLVR, Stefanie: Monday through Saturday 8-7pm AST (816)663-2407 stefanielawhorn45@gmail.com just keep in mind that I’m working this winter in N. AZ and it might take me a day to get back with you.
We are also in a great position to take on 2 more full service Airbnb/Vacation homes in CL. Full service is just that and the way to go! We provide all the marketing, housekeeping, insurances, supplies, trash removal and so much more! Just sit back and collect your monthly checks $$
Have a home that you are thinking about starting up as a vacation rental? Im also available for contract work to help you get your house up, ready and booking for a successful income property.
I have excellent references both homeowners, guests and staff if you are wanting to discuss others experiences working with CLVR, I can get you that too.
At this point we will be available to work:June 2nd – Sept 5th. However, depending on demand we may start a bit earlier and extend more into Sept.
Chat soon! Stefanie (816)663-2407

After taking a couple years off, Maggie and I are excited to make our return to Cooper Landing this spring and we are looking for a rental for the summer. We are well aware of the tall task in finding a rental with all the amenities but if you or someone you know may have something available from May 1st to September 30th, please feel free to reach out. Thanks and we are looking forward to seeing all your friendly faces!

Housing needed for Brewer
Cooper Landing Brewery is hiring a new brewer and they need housing. He would like to rent year round and long term but is willing to take seasonal housing or even a well equipped dry cabin. Single, no pets, clean, non smoker, hard working and loves the outdoors. He can provide rental references. Ideally moving in mid march but he can be flexible. You can contact me directly if you’d like at (440) 539-1349 or come chat at the brewery.
