Winter is upon us and Grizzly Ridge is seeking long term winter tenants. We have several options from studio units all the way up to multi room units available. Available dates are Oct 15-May 15th.

Calling for Agenda Items for CLCC General Meeting Sept 18
The Cooper Landing Community Club’s fourth meeting of the year is Thursday, September 18th, 2025 at 6 pm. We currently have Jonathan Tymick, PE, Project Manager, DOT&PF for the Sterling Hwy Bypass Project attending to provide an update and our own Gyda Sears of Three Bears Alaska to provide details on their new store! If your organization or committee has an update to provide the community please let us know no later than 11 am on September 10th so that we can post the agenda a week in advance.
