Southcentral Alaska Subsistence Regional Advisory Council Meeting Postponed

Due to the lapse in federal government appropriations, the Southcentral Alaska Subsistence Regional Advisory Council meeting scheduled for October 14 – 15, 2025, in Anchorage is postponed.

The meeting will be rescheduled once the lapse in appropriations has ended. Updates will be posted to the Federal Subsistence Management Program website at https://www.doi.gov/subsistence/regions/sc_materials.

Lost Raft

My single person fishcat pontoon got away from me at Jims Landing. It’s green with 2 saddlebags, contents of the bags are 1 10mm handgun, 1pr of Oakley prescription glasses and some other misc. items. Hoping an honest person finds it and returns it to me. There will be a reward.

Alcoholics Anonymous meetings are held at the Baptist Church annex Saturday mornings 9am. This is an open 12 step meeting. If you are curious or think you might have an issue with drinking or other addictions, come join us!
