Take a journey to bask in the warmth of Thailand and Cuba, and enjoy a biking adventure from Alaska to Nebraska! Presentations are 20 minutes each, with 10 minutes for Q & A. Those coming to enjoy the evening are encouraged to bring a beverage of their choice, and popcorn will be on hand for everyone to munch on. Wood stove will keep us nice and toasty! Join Us!

Book club on zoom
Book club will be on zoom next Tuesday November 18 with a time change of 10 Alaska time. The book discussed will be The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon. The book takes place in Maine in 1789 and is told by a mid-wife and healer who is privy to all that goes on in the town from childbirth to murder. I’d love to connect with our wonderful seniors at the Cooper Landing Senior Center to offer yoga sessions tailored specifically to your needs — think chair yoga, gentle stretching, and mindful movement designed for comfort and mobility.
If this sounds like something the group would enjoy, please reach out or let me know what times might work best! I’m happy to come to the Senior Center and create a calm, supportive space for movement and relaxation.

I also offer private sessions that can be customized exactly to your needs — whether you’re looking for gentle mobility, relaxation, or strength work. I can come right to your home if you prefer a one‑on‑one setting instead of a group class.
