Yoga Monday nights at 6pm

Join us Mondays at 6pm (Cooper Landing Community Club) for beginner friendly flow yoga. Sliding scale $11–$22 — contribute what’s comfortable; your presence matters most!

We have mats if you need, orBYOM and props. Bring water and a cozy blanket/layers. Ill have some tea made to enjoy. The warm fire, gentle lights, and candle glow made for a special practice.
