July 4th Parade!
We are looking forward to the annual Fourth of July Parade at Princess and hope to see you here! Parade starts at 4 pm, with staging in the gravel lot by the warehouse (before you make the left onto property from Bean Creek) at 3:30 pm. The more the merrier! Floats, trailers, cool cars, groups to walk…all are welcome and invited. Lots of great viewing options along the grass and parking lot, too. Bring the kiddos to collect the candy and join us for ice cream afterwards.

Want to help out our Emergency Services without having to get up in the middle of the night or be an EMT, Driver, or Firefighter?
We need volunteers to help us with Fill the Wader in July!
Join us at this fun fundraiser for the whole time or donate just a couple hours of your time. We need 3-4 non EMS volunteers to help out each Sunday to make this work. It is great fun and very rewarding!

On July 4th the Sunrise Inn is hosting a fundraiser for the Cooper Landing Senior Citizens. There will be ice cream bars and cookies for sale and a BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs and sodas with a donation jar. This will be located right beside the ice cream truck from noon until 4. My new operation manager, Richard and his wife Tracey and their kids will be hosting this. They are new year-round residence and will have 3 kids joining our school. Drop by to support the seniors and meet the Jacksons.
I have a 1800 sq ft, 3 bedroom, VRBO style rental on the main floor of my home on Quartz Cr. Rd. that I haven’t booked fully this summer because my home is for sale. I have from July 2nd thru July 19th available if anyone needs a very nice rental place. When the house does sell, it won’t close that fast so is available to rent. I would appreciate any referrals.
