Chugach Electric ‘Garage Sale’!
Hey Cooper Landing!
Here is your
one-day, four-hour
opportunity to pick up usable items that would otherwise go to the landfill! August 8th. 11:00-3:00. Chugach is supporting our community by packing lots of left-behind goods from the Alaska Horsemans to the Community Hall for super cheap availability and the proceeds are going to the Cooper Landing Community Club! The thoughtfulness to do this is noted and appreciated! If you can’t make it, send a friend because this is only for one day. To be fair to everyone, a little negotiating might happen in the spirit of equitable sales; please “go with the flow.” NO EARLY ARRIVALS!

Chugach Electric Association has purchased the former Alaska Horsemen Trail Adventures and intends to use the land to store materials and supplies for faster outage restoration.
The cabins on the property have many items that can still be used by the community. There is furniture, wood stoves, washer/dryers, lawn furniture, and much more.
Come to the Garage Sale on Thursday, August 8 from 11 to 3 pm at the Cooper Landing Community Club.
All items are $10 with proceeds going to the Community Club. The number of items individuals can take may limited based on interest.
Personnel will be available to help load heavy items into vehicles or trailers.
Year Round Housing Needed
