Maintenance Man Looking for Work + Lodging
nn
Hello Cooper Landing Community! I’m available for hire as a maintenance professional, specializing in servicing lodges, hotels, and rental units. My skills include drywall, painting, texturing, and fixture installation, along with addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues, and construction tasks.
nn
I’m ideally looking for a position where there’s a room available for me to stay on-site. I’m available to assist with guest interactions, trash removal, and basic on-site management throughout the winter. Interested in long-term opportunities extending into next summer as well.
