🎣 Great News from Lakeview Outfitters! 🍔
Lakeview Outfitters has officially moved into our new, larger location right across the road from Kenai Lake, before the bridge — and we’re thrilled to welcome you this summer!
To celebrate, we’ll be hosting a small rotation of delicious guest food trucks on select days throughout the season. First up: we’re kicking things off this Sunday and Monday with one of our favorites — The Hungry Deckhand, who you might recognize for their delicious sandwiches served at the Girdwood Brewery and other locations in the Anchorage area! Swing by for some tasty eats, check out the new space, and say hi!
While you’re here, be sure to stop into the shop for flies, gear, and Alaska-made gifts perfect for visitors and locals alike. Whether you’re looking for a tasty meal and something new, to gear up, or just chat fishing, we’d love to see you.
Lakeview Outfitters — now across the road, and reeling in a summer full of flavor. 🎣

CL Softball Tournament Count Down!
Hey folks, just a week away from the Cooper Landing Community Club Softball Tournament! Couple of reminders and requests!
Concessions sign up board – We need help with concessions, and by signing and showing up, you are supporting one of several important organizations here in the Landing. Also, if new to the area, it is a great way to meet the whole town! (literally!) Sign up board is in the Wildman’s Lounge until the afternoon of 5/28/25.
Vocals – If you can sing, we would love to have you help us by singing the National Anthem before the game. Let us know if you are available! Email the address provided below.
Silent Auction Items – We are still in need of items for our silent auction! If you have a service, artwork, trip, accommodations, or worthy item, please let us know. Happy to arrange a pick up or drop off time.
Dogs – We are following the practices of Girdwood’s Fourth of July & Seward’s Mt. Marathon events! Because we have so many people and children running around, please no dogs at public events hosted by CLCC. There have been a couple of close incidents that many may not be aware of, and so we are again requesting that folks please follow this CLCC policy that has been around for over 50 years.
Kids vs. Old Timers Game – Come and root for your favorite team! The first game of the season is the kids of the Landing vs. our “Mature” players. 7 pm Thursday, May 29th.
Questions? Requests? Silent Auction Items? Email officers@cooperlandingcommunityclub.com.
Thank you!
