Sunrise Happenings
Spring Oh Wonderful Spring!
The Sunrise is hosting a Mother Day Buffet Brunch this coming Sunday, May 12th. from 10 -2. Lots of tasty treats including Fruit Salad, Ceasar Salad, Ham, Gruyere Cheese, Mushroom, Spinach Crepes, Apple Cinnamon Crepes, Banana and Nutella French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Potatoes, Bacon and Sausage.
Enjoy a Mimosas, Happy Coffee or a Bloody Mary. Save room for Apple Crisp and Brownie Sundae.
The restaurant will now be open at 8:30 am. and close at 8:30 pm.
On an unfortunate topic, our staff housing, 7 bedrooms and a kitchen, had all of the bedding, dishes, cutlery, knives, pots, pans, and electric heaters, etc., stolen on last Saturday or Sunday night. The doors were not locked as no one is living there yet as it never crossed my mind that these items would ever be stolen. Just mentioning it so everyone keeps their door locked.

Seeking Donations for CLCC Silent Auction at Softball Tournament
The Cooper Landing Community Club is seeking donations for their silent auction held during the Cooper Landing Softball Tournament (to be held May 30 – June 8, 2024). This is one of our biggest fundraisers for the Club during the year! We will happily accept gift certificates, artwork created by local artists, merchandise from business vendors and more. Arrangements can be made for a pick up time or dropping off at the Hall. All proceeds from the Silent Auction go towards the Community Club.
